Really, really great service - at least thus far.

Phil was very helpful and cordial over the phone, explained their whole process, and was the furthest away from salesman (as opposed to several competitors in the valley).  They're also affordable, offer a guarantee, and offer one-time service OR ongoing contract.  Great business policies, great service - I'm sure their core business will be even better.

Custom Care could justifiably be named Customer Care.  Props to you guys!
