We have had service of Custom Care since 2002. Does that speak well for the
company or not!?! Our problem was with box elder bugs and previous companies had
not been able to eliminate the bugs at our home. Custom Care came in and eliminated
the problem immediately! The owner is courteous, honest, dependable, thorough,
knowledgeable, and extremely conscientious. When an appointment is made, he arrives
on time and, if delayed for any reason, calls immediately to keep you updated. We have
this service year round at our permanent residence and also at our old log cabin in
McCall. We like to say he has single-handedly preserved the life of our cabin built in
1925!

I’ve had the chance to meet a few of the technicians from Custom Care. They are all
very friendly and service-minded. Paul, the technician who handles the service of my
home is friendly, punctual and sincerely cares about taking care of pest issues, not only
what you can see, but on a prevention level. I recommend Custom Care to all of my
