Custom Care Pest Control maintains our reputation from customer satisfaction. We uses the most up-to-date products and technical systems, as well as organizational procedures to bring customers the highest level of service. Identifying problems to their source, appropriate treatments and quick response are the marks of our service. Custom Care’s problem-solving approach and helpful service technicians has built the trust that exists between Custom Care and our many satisfied customers.
Custom Care was started by Phil Coulson in April of 2001. Phil brings 21 years experience with him, six of which were spent working throughout the state of Florida, one of the industry’s most challenging regions. Coming to Boise, Idaho in 1997 Phil furthered his experience working in the pest industry’s Western conditions. “Idaho surprised me", says Phil. "The pest population isn’t as persistent as it is in the south, but the variety of pests that we deal with here is greater. Every year there seems to be an outbreak of something new.”
Custom Care’s success comes from Phil’s attention to organization. “Coming out of one of the industry’s most respected companies, I’ve been able to bring that experience to Custom Care. Large companies have the infrastructure to depend on, but sometimes they lose touch with their customer. I use the same types of organizational systems, but I focus on giving great service.”
Technical know-how, personal service and quick response have brought success to Custom Care, as is evident by our over 1,000 satisfied customers. You won’t find another company more dedicated to solving your pest control problems, nor the skillful service Custom Care delivers to its customers.
